When your annual subscription is within 60 days from expiration Lightning Payroll will remind you whenever you open the program through a simple pop up. (This reminder will not pop up if you have license auto-renewal enabled with valid card details.) An invoice for renewal is sent out 30 days from expiry to your registered email address with us.
Note that if you renew your subscription earlier than the expiry date, you will not miss out of any days on your current subscription, and will still have a full 12 months on your new subscription.
To manually check the expiration date on your Lightning Payroll subscription or to view your other subscription details, open the program and click Tools >> Licence Details.
