The Program

Lightning Payroll is a subscription based program with an annual fee charged for the provision of annual taxation updates, program improvements, bug fixes and telephone and email support.

The Annual fee becomes due on the anniversary date of your initial purchase. The price of renewal is stated on our website. We reserve the right to increase the cost of renewal at any time. Any increase in the renewal price will be posted on our website and will become effective upon your next renewal whenever that may be.

The information stored within the program remains the property of the subscriber at all times and this information cannot be accessed in any way by Intellitron without the knowledge and permission of the subscriber for support purposes.

Before expiry of the subscription period Intellitron will notify the subscriber and provide the procedure and price for extending the subscription period for a further 12 months. Intellitron ONLY offers subscription periods of 12 months. The notification along with pricing for renewal will be sent to the registered email account of the subscriber 60 days prior to the date of expiry. Further notifications will be sent 30 days, 14 days and 7 days prior to expiry if the licence has not yet been renewed. A final notification will be sent on the date of expiry. If your subscription is not renewed by the expiry date the ability to process pays will cease operating. All employee data will be retained and the reports and EOFY sections will continue to operate so you can close off your financial year and fulfil all taxation reporting obligations for your business.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the performance of Lightning Payroll for whatever reason please contact the support team and we will endeavour to resolve any issues. If a reasonable resolution cannot be achieved we will cancel your subscription and provide a full refund of the subscription price paid. This return policy applies strictly within the first 30 days of your subscription period.

Beyond the first 30 days of your subscription NO full or partial refunds of the subscription amount we are available for any reason with the exception of the warranty clause 3.1.2 of the End User Licence Agreement.

Upgrading or Downgrading your Subscription

When you initially purchase Lighting Payroll you will need to select the number of companies and employees you intend to process pays for, and pay the appropriate subscription fee. If you find that during the course of your subscription you need to upgrade or downgrade your level of subscription please contact the support team to do so. If you need to step up to a higher subscription tier, the remaining value (pro-rata calculation of days remaining in the year since your last license purchase/renewal) of your current subscription will be deducted from the higher tier amount. Upon expiry of your subscription you will need to renew at the renewal price that is relevant for your current tier. Renewal pricing for each tier is available on our website. When downgrading to a lower tier no refund of the subscription fee for that 12 month period in whole or in part will be paid by Intellitron. Downgrading is only possible at the anniversary of your renewal.

Support

Technical support is supplied as part of your subscription service and is provided by email or telephone. Support will only be supplied to customers who have a valid, active subscription. Telephone and email assistance when provided will be available Mondays to Fridays from 8:00am to 4:30pm QLD time excluding Public Holidays. Whilst we will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any problems you may experience, we do not guarantee that any telephone or email assistance that is given will be successful in resolving problems (in whole or in part).
