The Farm Focus Submissions report gives you a full history of every Farm Focus invoice submission made from Lightning Payroll. Each entry shows the submission ID, submission date, status, status code, pay run end date, and a line-by-line breakdown of the pay items included. Use it for audit purposes or to investigate a failed submission.
Accessing the Report
In the desktop app: Go to Reports in the sidebar, then click Farm Focus Submissions in the General section. A print-preview window opens showing all submissions for the current company within your chosen date range.
In the online (web/mobile) app: Go to Reports, then select Farm Focus Submissions Report from the General category. Set a Start Date and End Date, then click Generate Report. The report opens as a PDF preview. Use Download PDF to save it or Export CSV to download the data as a spreadsheet.
Accessing the Report Immediately After a Submission
When you have just submitted a pay run to Farm Focus, the final step of the submission wizard shows a summary screen. Click Print/Preview on that screen to generate a PDF report for that specific submission. This is the same data that appears in the standalone report, but filtered to the submission you just completed.
What the Report Shows
- Submission ID ÔÇö the unique identifier assigned by Farm Focus to each submitted invoice.
- Submitted ÔÇö the date and time the submission was sent.
- Status ÔÇö the outcome reported by Farm Focus (for example, success or error).
- Status Code ÔÇö the numeric or text code returned alongside the status.
- Pay Run End Date ÔÇö the end date of the pay run included in the invoice.
- Invoice lines ÔÇö each pay item submitted, showing the pay item code, description, and amount.
If no submissions have been made in the selected period, the report displays “No Farm Focus submissions found for this period and the current company.”
