Pays:
- Pays Screen : View and manage pays for employees within any weekly, fortnightly or monthly pay run.
- Edit Pay Screen : Edit an individual employee's pay. This screen gives you full control over every individual pay item such as pay rates, hours worked, leave, salary sacrifices, bonuses, tax, super and more.
- Payslips : Print and email payslips to your employees.
- Direct Entry : Generate ABA banking files of your pay data that you can upload to your business banking.
- Set Processed/Paid Date For Pay Run Tool : This tool lets you correct your pays' processed dates to fix YTD and STP issues due to incorrect dates, keeping your records accurate more easily.
- Single Touch Payroll : Submit your pay data to the ATO and view your STP history in the Single Touch Mailbox.
Note: Single Touch Payroll is slightly different on the web version and requires you to provide your SSID to the ATO, instead of using a machine credential - see here for more information.
Super Fund Deposits:
- Create Deposits : Collect super from pays over any period of time and bundle it together into a super deposit which can be paid to any APRA fund or self-managed super fund (SMSF) you wish, using SuperStream. No need for a clearing house as Lightning Payroll includes a full SuperStream registered solution.
- SuperStream Mailbox : View and manage past SuperStream messages processed on the national super network.
