Answer
Your renewal is charged at the standard price for your plan. If your first payment was lower, it is usually for one of the following reasons.
An Introductory Offer Has Ended
From time to time we run a welcome offer for new customers — for example, a discount applied automatically at checkout for a set number of months. These offers apply to your initial subscription only. Once the offer period ends, your subscription renews at the normal price for your plan.
Standard Prices Can Change
Subscription prices are reviewed from time to time. If prices have changed since you last paid, your renewal reflects the current price. You can see current pricing on our pricing page.
Your Plan or Add-Ons Have Changed
If you have moved to a higher tier, added companies, or added an add-on such as Accounting Integration, your renewal includes those items.
To review your current subscription and what it includes, log in and open Account Details >> Update credit card & auto renewals, or see How Can I Check When My Subscription Expires? If your renewal amount looks wrong, contact our support team.
