To manage auto-renewals for your subscription, log in to your account on the Lightning Payroll website and click Update credit card & auto renewals under Account Details.
On the Update Credit Card page, your current subscription ID, expiry date, and auto-renewal status are shown. If auto-renew is currently on, click Cancel Subscription to disable it. Your subscription will remain active until the expiry date, but it will not renew automatically after that point.
If you have previously disabled auto-renewal and want to re-enable it, click Restart Subscription on the same page.
Note: Monthly subscribers cannot disable auto-renewal. Monthly subscriptions are credit-card-only and renew automatically each month. Only annual subscribers can turn auto-renewal on or off.
