Answer
The SuperStream Direct Entry wizard lets you generate an ABA file for SuperStream contribution payments using internet banking. It is accessed from the SuperStream Mailbox and lets you select which sent messages to include, preview the payment, then download the file.
Open the Direct Entry Wizard
- Go to Super Fund Deposits from the main navigation.
- Click SuperStream Mailbox.
- Use the filters (Start Date, End Date, Filter By Status, Filter By Fund, Filter By Employee, Filter By Type) to find the messages you want to pay, if needed.
- Click Direct Entry to open the wizard.

Select Messages
The wizard opens on the Select Messages step. Select the messages to include in the file. You can filter by Sent Date, Status, and whether messages have previously been included in a payment file. Note: for Progressive messages, failed deposits are not included in the file.

Preview Payment Information
Click Preview to generate a summary of the payment to be made. Review the fund totals and payment details before proceeding. The optional Send Transactions To? field lets you direct the transactions if required. If all details are correct, click Next to continue.
Download the ABA File
On the Save Direct Entry File step, choose your options and click Download Direct Entry File.
- Include Debit Entry? ÔÇö tick this if your bank requires a debit entry in the ABA file. If the bank rejects the file with an error, try enabling this option and regenerating.
- Include company name in filename ÔÇö tick to add your company name to the downloaded filename.
Upload the downloaded ABA file to your internet banking using the same reference details shown for each fund. Do not change the lodgement reference in internet banking ÔÇö SuperStream messages and bank payments are matched by this reference, and altering it may cause the fund to fail to allocate the money.
After Downloading
Once the file has been downloaded the wizard shows a Summary confirmation. Click Show Report to open a summary report of the direct entries made.
