Answer
The SuperStream Mailbox in the online app lets you check for new responses from the SuperStream network and review the full details of any contribution or registration message. Navigate to Super Fund Deposits in the sidebar, then click SuperStream Mailbox.
Check for New Responses
Click Check Responses to download any new response messages from the SuperStream network. A notification appears when the check is complete, showing how many new responses were received. It is normal to receive no responses ÔÇö super funds are only required to send a response when an error has occurred. Messages that have gone through without issue will typically remain in a Sent status.

Open a Message
Find the message you want to inspect. Use the Filter By Status, Filter By Fund, Filter By Employee, and Filter By Type dropdowns, along with the Start Date and End Date fields, to narrow the list. Then click View beside the message to open its detail page.
Reading Message Details
The Message Information page shows a summary of the message status at the top, followed by three sections:
- Contribution Details ÔÇö shows the super fund or funds covered by the message, the payment method, the ABA reference number, and the total payable amount.
- Employee Records ÔÇö lists each employee included in the contribution with their Super Levy, Member Contribution, RESC, Salary Sacrifice, and Total Amount.
- ATO Responses (Errors/Warnings) ÔÇö lists any response messages returned by the ATO for this contribution, including the date received, total errors, total warnings, and maximum severity. If a response is present, a Response Details section below it shows the individual error or warning codes, their severity, and more detail about each item.

Download the PDF Report
If a PDF report is available for the message, a Download PDF button appears at the top of the page. Click it to save a copy of the contribution report to your device.
Manually Fail a Message
If a super fund has returned the money due to an error, or a message was never received, you can release the deposits so they can be included in a new message. Click Manually Fail to mark the message as failed. A confirmation prompt explains that this will release the deposits for resending. If the contribution has a pending scheduled payment, that payment and the Ozedi upload will also be cancelled.
