Answer
You can pay for your subscription - whether monthly or annual - via auto-renewal, or through our website via Client Login >> My Account >> View your current subscriptions.
We accept Visa or MasterCard credit card payments. You can save your card details for automatic renewal; full card details are stored securely by our payment partner Till Payments (only the last four digits and expiry date are visible in your account). To update or remove a saved card, go to My Account >> Update credit card & auto renewals.
Alternatively, you can pay by direct deposit bank transfer. If you choose this option, select Direct Deposit as the payment type when placing your order on our website.
If a renewal payment is overdue, you do not need to place a new order. If your subscription received our 30-day renewal notice, we renew it on the expiry date before payment arrives and give you 7 days of full access while you pay. A Renewal payment due notice appears on your My Account pages, including View your current subscriptions. If you have a current saved card, use its Pay now button; otherwise add a card from the notice, or pay by direct deposit quoting the order number shown in the notice. Pay within 6 weeks (annual) or 4 weeks (monthly) of your expiry date and your new subscription runs from your original expiry date; after that the renewal is cancelled, nothing is owed, and a new purchase starts from the day you pay.
