Answer
The employee portal lets you enter or update your superannuation fund details directly, without contacting your employer, provided your employer has enabled super editing for your account. Log in to the employee portal and select Super from the navigation menu.

Adding or Editing a Super Fund
The Your super funds table lists your current super fund entries. Each row shows whether the fund is marked as primary, its USI, and your Member number.
- To add a new fund, click the add row button at the bottom of the table. Enter the fund's USI / Unique Superannuation Identifier and your Member number, then tick Primary fund? if this is your main fund. Save the row.
- To edit an existing fund, select its row in the table. Update the USI or member number as needed and save.
- To remove a fund, select the row and use the delete option. You will be asked to confirm before the fund is removed.
The first fund you add is automatically set as your primary fund. If you have more than one fund, only one can be marked primary at a time.
Using the Company Default Super Fund
If your employer has set up a default (choice) super fund, a Use company default super fund checkbox appears at the top of the page. Ticking this opts you into your employer's nominated fund. The fund's name and USI are shown for reference. Your employer's payroll system will pick up this choice on the next portal sync.
The checkbox is disabled if your personal details are incomplete. A message will list the missing fields (for example, date of birth or address) that must be filled in before you can select the company default fund. Update your details under Details in the portal navigation, then return to the Super page.
If Super Editing Is Locked
If your employer has not enabled super editing for your account, the page displays a message: Super funds are locked by your employer. Contact your employer or payroll administrator to request access. For information on how employers enable this setting, see How Can I Setup the Online Employee Portal?
