If you are having trouble viewing these FAQs, please try the following tips:
- Perform a hard refresh by holding Shift while clicking the browser refresh button (or press Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows, Cmd + Shift + R on Mac). This clears cached files and loads the latest version of the page.
- Open the page in a current version of Chrome or Firefox.
- Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser — the FAQ search and category filter require it to work. See here to learn how to enable JavaScript.
- Use the Search bar at the top of the FAQ page to quickly find a topic, or use the Filter By Category dropdown to narrow the list.
