Answer
The YTD Adjustments screen in the online (web/mobile) app lets you review and delete year-to-date adjustments that have been recorded for an employee. YTD adjustments are typically created in the desktop app when setting up an employee part way through a financial year. For guidance on the full range of options for entering opening YTD figures, see How Do I Enter Existing Year-to-Date Figures?
Viewing YTD Adjustments
- Select the employee from the employee list.
- Go to Employees >> Year to Date >> YTD Adjustments.
- The table lists each recorded adjustment with columns for Date, STP Income Stream, Gross, Tax, Net, HELP/TSL, SFSS, CDEP, Ordinary Time Earnings, Overtime Earnings, Exempt Foreign Income, Super Levy, RESC, and Other Adjustments?.
- The Other Adjustments? column shows whether the adjustment also includes amounts for allowances, deductions, bonuses, post-tax super, salary sacrifices, or leave.

Removing a YTD Adjustment
- On the YTD Adjustments screen, locate the adjustment row you want to remove.
- Click the delete action for that row and confirm when prompted.
Warning: Removing an adjustment will also remove all other adjustments that are associated with it, including any linked allowances, deductions, bonuses, post-tax super, salary sacrifices, and leave adjustments. This action cannot be undone.
Adding New YTD Adjustments
Adding new YTD adjustments is only available in the desktop app via Employees >> Year to Date >> Adjust YTD Totals. If you need to enter opening YTD figures and do not have access to the desktop app, consider importing employees by CSV with YTD columns included - see How Do I Enter Existing Year-to-Date Figures? for all available options.
