Answer
Each pay has its own payslip information record that controls the company name, addresses, employee details, and any one-off note printed on that pay's payslip. You can override these details for a single pay without affecting other pays.
In the desktop app
Open the Pays screen and click into the pay you want to update. On the Edit Pay screen, click the Payslip Info button. The Edit Payslip Information dialog will open, where you can update:
- Company Name and Company ABN
- Company address (Address1, Address2, City, State, Postcode)
- Employee Format Name and employee address
- Employee employment type, tenure, position, award name, and award classification
- Payslip Note ÔÇö a one-off message for this pay's payslip only
Click Finish to save. The updated details will appear on that employee's payslip for this pay only.
In the online (web/mobile) app
Go to the Pays screen and open the pay you want to update. Click the Payslip Info button. A form will appear with the same fields: company name, ABN, company address, employee name and address, employment type, tenure, position, award name, award classification, and payslip note.

Update the relevant fields and click Save. The changes apply to this pay's payslip only and do not affect other pays or the employee's ongoing payslip settings.
