If you would like to check that Lightning Payroll is successfully recognising your installed ATO Machine Credential, go to Pays and click Single Touch.
Next, select Submit Payroll To ATO. It will not submit immediately, so there is nothing to worry about when selecting this option.
If Lightning Payroll then shows an employee and pay selection screen, your ATO Machine Credential has been detected and should be ready to use within the program.
If Lightning Payroll does not detect your Machine Credential, it will show an Unable To Locate Credential File On This Computer message. Please see our guide on creating a Machine Credential or contact the Lightning Payroll support team for assistance.
