New Paid Family and Domestic Violence Leave for Australian Workplaces
Recent changes to Australian law now require employers to provide 10 days of paid Family and Domestic Violence leave within a 12-month period. This entitlement is available from 1 February 2023 for non-small business employers and 1 August 2023 for small businesses. The leave renews each year on an employee’s work anniversary but does not accumulate if unused.
